Theoretical bases power exposure are evaluation parameters of radio-location signals

The basic results of fundamental researches in the sphere of theory of radio-location and their practical application into the radio engineering systems are expounded. The novelty of research is in the fact, that within the framework of low energy conservation and Bayes statistical theory of decision making, new approach to the process of radio-location signals detection from targets by power criterion is examined. Essence of power theory of exposure-evaluation is examined for the radio-location, radio-navigation systems, and control and communication systems. The condition of optimum power exposure of radio signals is formulated on the background of receiver’s own noises. The sensitiveness of criterion to the exposure of energetically weak radio signals is analysed on the background of receiver’s own noises, active and passive obstacles, gain is estimated in distance of exposure when employing power and traditional criteria of exposure. Basic principles of construction of evaluation theory of radio signals parameters with the direct use of power relation of plausibility are are laid out.
